We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every tennis player to be completely satisfied with their gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition (unused, unwashed)
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened ball packages
  • Used practice balls and pressureless balls
  • ITF-approved equipment with broken seals
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us
    Email [email protected] within 15 days with subject “Return Request” and include your order number.
  2. Wait for Approval
    We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item
    Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your initial email, clearly state you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your exchange ships

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged/defective equipment (e.g., cracked racket, torn backpack):

  • We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement
  • No need to wait – we’ll ship your replacement right away
