Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition – unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. This ensures we can continue offering premium tennis equipment to all players.

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • Ball packages that have been opened
  • Practice balls and pressureless balls that show signs of use
  • ITF-approved equipment with broken seals
  • Any items marked as final sale

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your tennis equipment:

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring your return.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
